1 on 1 Training
For committed athletes who want one-on-one attention from one of our coaches to work on their skills. Players looking for this kind of coaching should be working out on their own at least two hours a week outside of 1 on 1 coaching. These sessions are one hour.

Small Group Training
Small group training usually consists of 2-6 athletes of around the same age & skill level. Small group sessions are individualized to the skill level of the group, & allow competition to be a big part of training & decision making.
