1 on 1 training
One on one sessions are for committed athletes who want focused attention from one of our coaches to work on their skills. Players looking for this kind of coaching should be working out on their own at least two hours a week outside of individual coaching. These sessions are one hour.

small group training
Small group training usually consists of 2-6 athletes of around the same age & skill level. Small group sessions are individualized to the skill level of the group, & allow competition to be a big part of training & decision making.
(Great for teammates to work on skills together.)
