WHAT IS PEAK REMOTE?
Personalized weekly workout plans, accountability partner(s), standard setting, goal setting, motivation, 
fellowship, & character building.

Individual: Two live check ins per week with Coach Barry (~20 min). Ages 12 and up.
OR
Group (4-6 players): Two live check ins per week  (~30 min). Open to all ages. Will be grouped with athletes your age/gender.

Week 1, Session #1:
You will need:
  • GroupMe app with cell phone you will use (parent or player or both) https://groupme.com/en-US/
  • Zoom call link (check your email/GroupMe)
  • Notebook (to track lessons/workouts/take notes)
  • A basketball (optional: basketball goal, stopwatch, video capabilities)
  • Payment (link on far right side of page - covers 3 week session)
  • Complete first assignment (Pre-work / Be prepared!)
