WHAT IS PEAK REMOTE?
Personalized weekly workout plans, accountability partner(s), standard setting, goal setting, motivation, fellowship, & character building.
Individual: Two live check ins per week with Coach Barry (~20 min). Ages 12 and up.
Group (4-6 players): Two live check ins per week (~30 min). Open to all ages. Will be grouped with athletes your age/gender.
