We are all adjusting to new routines and normalcy as we are not all going to work or school each day, we are rescheduling spring break trips, and we no longer have our regular rhythms on which we heavily rely. I saw this simple list of suggestions that I wanted to share…
Stick to Your Routine Figure out what works best for your productivity and your to-do list, and be intentional about making it a routine! Wake up and go to bed when you said you were going to. Exercise and Sweat Not only does this keep our body healthy, but it does so much for our mind! Make time to exercise each day and fall in love with the sweat! Create a Workspace Use a space that is well organized and separate to help increase productivity for your work. Eat Healthy Meals Making dinner at home, removing unhealthy foods from your diet, and eating balanced meals each day is crucial to feeling good! Add something healthy, and remove a dietary vice that you have been enjoying too much lately. Stay Positive Find time to practice gratitude every day. Focus on what you do have instead of what is missing right now. Spread this positivity! #getbetter (List taken from USTA Newsletter, April) Comments are closed.
