Come Alive!

When I think of someone who has come alive, I think of a person who impacts me with their presence, their energy, and their confidence in what they are committed to doing. Pursuing what makes us feel alive is our purpose, it makes our hearts full. I believe this pursuit makes us happier, more productive, and more fun to be around!

Sometimes this is a job, sometimes its a hobby, or sometimes its a young athlete pursuing greatness in their sport. We taste the love for something, and we dig a little deeper into it and realize it makes us come alive. Attention to this pursuit feels almost effortless and yet filled hard work at the same time. The reason? The hard work is often easy because the enjoyment and engagement in the task is high. What a great combination to spend time with.

I hope you are already “doing” what makes you come alive. It doesn’t matter your age, your occupation, your strengths/weaknesses…continue to ask the question and pursue it. Because the world needs people who have come alive…
