You want to be good. We’ve heard you say it. What’s the weekly commitment? What’s the daily commitment? Not having a gym or a hoop is a common problem I hear players say keeps them from getting more work in. Let’s not let that hold us back.
Today we have a ball handling drill that you can repeat each day. 10 minutes is only 1% of your day (outside of your 8 hours of sleep). You said you wanted to be good. You said you wanted to get better. This is opportunity. Choose discipline and get after it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zix5EP74jTs Left Hand: Low low ankle to ankle Left side of the body pound knee pound shoulder Pound 1-2 Pound, in-out, 1-2 Pound, in-out, 1-2, through legs Right hand: Same Crossovers Behind the back Crossover to behind the back Other side Crossover-behind back-through legs In-out-crossover-through legs-behind back Retreat dribbles Turkish step *This gets to a higher level towards the end, younger players, repeat the drill through the combo crosses and try to add more as you improve! It doesn’t have to be this specific workout, but take the initiative to commit to working on your own on your game! #get better Comments are closed.
