Are you touching a ball every day? If no, why not! I am sharing with you a fairly simple ball handling drill that you can use to increase your control and strength. Controlling two balls at once will increase your hand/eye coordination and keep a ball in your weak hand, ultimately making you more effective with the ball around the court. The trick here is to be consistent with your work. Some of these reps of 25 are harder, some are easier. Master them all…sticking with it and getting better as you commit to practice! Ball Handling Drill of the Week: 2 Ball 200 Eight different dribble moves for 25 reps each. Pound dribbles x 25 reps Speed Tap x 25 reps In and out x 25 reps Windshield wipers x 25 reps Back and forth x 25 reps Alternating back and forth x 25 reps Crossover x 25 reps Between legs x 25 reps Complete this ball handling set with two balls for the rest of this week. If you commit to it each day, you will see improvement! Track it! Complete the 2 Ball 200 as fast as you can each day. Compete against your score to constantly try and beat it. #getbetter Comments are closed.
