"How Are You Doing?"
This is a self-checkin and a peer check-in reminder. Checking in on those around you on a deeper level is a good thing. Remember to take care of yourself and others as we go through many unknown scenarios and new ways of being together socially. Be a leader in positive influence.

-Laugh! Enjoy time with family, friends, or a comedy to lighten your mood and simply laugh!
-Grow. Find an area you can push yourself for growth each day. Ideas could include reading/studying a topic, chasing fitness/sports goals, establish a new habit and practice discipline each day.
-Appreciate and understand balance in your life!
