…But how? It’s a lot simpler than it may seem. Do the work. Get in the gym and go get a lot of the reps. Make them gamelike. Shoot a lot. Dribble a lot. Play a lot. Work on your passing. When the school season is over, the time for real individual improvement begins. This is the “on-season” for getting better.
There are no shortcuts to being a better player. It takes a lot of work. The good news is that through that work, you become a tougher, stronger person and learn a lot about yourself. At workouts this week, we challenged players to think about what kind of player they want to be. Imagine that player for a moment. Then realize that there is nothing standing in your way of being that player except for work. Accept the challenge this “on-season”. #getbetter Comments are closed.
