This week I will stretch into _________________.
A challenge for this week is to get out of your comfort zone! Stretch yourself into something you have been avoiding, or that you are uncomfortable doing. Sometimes the biggest thing stopping us is fear of failure. Other times it’s avoiding embarrassment because it seems too hard. And in the worst of times, we are too cool or shy to put ourselves out there. Lean into that discomfort and go try!!! You will learn something in the process, even if you fail. Examples: -Train towards a concrete goal (physical test like pushups, or read a book in two weeks, or professional certification) -Pick a personal weakness to attack and improve upon (listening, running, going to sleep at 10pm) -Train a weak piece of your game (weak hand, or playing physical, or attacking the weight room) -Challenge yourself you get up before daylight each day this week (fill that time with reading or exercise!) -Start a conversation with a stranger each day Let me know what you choose to push out of your comfort zone!
